Just like eight years ago, the future is always being created. With self-observation and awareness to free LOBA from everything that is not LOBA. Of everything that is not empathy, honesty and responsibility. Of everything that is not functionality, adaptability and sustainability.

This is a constantly changing sector, but also characterized by its own habits and beliefs. It is the understanding of these habits and beliefs that allows us to remove real estate mediation from its old aura of obscurantism and restore its dignity and its Intelligent and Creative purpose.

A Leader company is not the one with the most employees, profit or the largest market share, it is a company that, instead of copying the success formulas of those that already exist, writes its own story and guides others to a new path. LOBA is an agency that creates a different way of being and doing within the world of mediation, and which, through its vision and coherence, has a well-defined sense of direction.

How? Working with a focus on great principles, quality service and never competing for profits and results. No one can impose principles on others. That said, after the experience of training consultants for the last two years, behind the scenes, it is time to return to what, at LOBA, has been essential since its creation: my close relationship with Clients.

It was in a chaotic time that LOBA emerged as a luminous alternative revealing an order capable of placing each client and property in the real estate market, in which they feel supported, informed, unique, interdependent, but empowered, in their life story. Another chaotic period was successfully overcome on the last quarter of 2023.

Success, in any area of our lives, lies in the love, joy, authenticity and sense of True Self that we experience – and that others experience in their lives because of us – along the way. This authenticity and enthusiasm cannot fail to touch all those who interact and grow with us, in a way that returns to themselves the hope and joy of their personal experiences and achievements. This has been our invitation since 2016. This is our opportunity to Serve. This is LOBA’s next step. And, taking that next step with each passing year is the success of a Lifetime.
